Welcome to The Orgasm Book. This site, theorgasmbook.com, is run by GWSF Creative in Naramata, British Columbia, Canada (“we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, which are part of these terms.

1. Adults only

This site and everything sold on it are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or place an order. By doing either, you confirm that you are.

2. What we sell

Oh, the Places You’ll Go Oh Oh! is an illustrated, rhyming book about pleasure written for grown-ups. It looks like a children’s book, but it is not one. We also sell an e-book edition, art prints and merch.

Hardcovers, prints and merch are printed to order by our printing partners. We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but your screen may not match the printed item exactly.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping and any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

If an item is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

We ship to Canada and the United States. Delivery times are estimates and include printing time. See our Shipping policy for rates and times, and our Refund policy for damaged items, cancellations and refunds.

6. The e-book

When you buy the e-book, you get a personal licence to read it on your own devices. You may not share, copy, resell, upload or post the file, in whole or in part, or use it to train artificial intelligence systems.

7. Live readings

A booking request sent through the Book a Reading page is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. The date, fee and other details of a reading are only confirmed once we have agreed to them with you in writing.

8. Copyright

The book, its text and illustrations, and the words, images and design of this site are protected by copyright and belong to us or our collaborators. You may share links to the site and photos of your own copy, but you may not copy, reproduce or sell any of our content without our written permission.

9. Other services

Checkout, payments, printing, shipping and the Instagram feed on this site are provided by other companies. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Our responsibility

We stand behind what we sell as described in our Refund policy. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided as is, and our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
